TourOrDIY gives general travel information and calculators. It is not travel, financial, legal or safety advice. Fees, closures and conditions change, and you are responsible for confirming them with the park or operator before you travel. Read the accuracy disclaimer.

No warranty, limited liability

The site is provided “as is”. We make no promise that it is accurate, complete or always available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from using the site, including a fee that differed from what we showed, a closure, or a decision to book or skip a tour.

Calculators

Results are arithmetic on the numbers you enter plus the park fee we show. They are estimates. A tour may include things the calculator does not value, and a DIY trip may cost things it does not know about.

Content and data

National Park Service data is a work of the US government and is in the public domain. The text, design, code and compiled datasets of this site are ours; you may quote short excerpts with a link back to the page. Do not copy the site wholesale or scrape it in a way that harms it.
